Connect Aircall with EngageBay
 
To sync call logs and enable SMS in EngageBay:
  1. Go to Account Settings > Preferences  > Gadgets >  Aircall.
  1. Click on Enable.
  2. We will redirect to the Aircall SignIn screen. Provide the credentials and SignIn
 
 
    4.Click on Authorize button
 
 
 
 5.Click on “Add numbers” and select the numbers added at the Aircall and click on Confirm button and then click on Add numbers button and then click on “Add     numbers” button at the right bottom corner
 
 
     6.Aircall will be integrated into the EngageBay
 
 

Integration allows syncing of call logs and enabling SMS, but calls are handled via Aircall desktop app, not directly inside EngageBay.

4. Making Calls from EngageBay using Aircall Desktop or Extension

  1. Open aircall desktop app or extension.
  • Aircall will automatically detect the phone numbers.
  • Click on the number – the Aircall app will launch and initiate the call.

Calls are made from the Aircall desktop app, not inside EngageBay.

  You must have the Aircall app running in the background for click-to-call to work.

5. Call Logs in EngageBay

After each call:

  • Go to the contact’s Activity Timeline in EngageBay.
  • You will see:
  • Call Type (Inbound/Outbound)
  • Date & Time
  • Duration
  • Recording (if available)

🔍 All call logs sync automatically from Aircall to EngageBay.

6. Sending & Receiving SMS with Aircall

  1. Go to the Contact record in EngageBay.
  2. Click Send SMS.
  3. Type your message and send.
 
 

 The message will be routed via your Aircall SMS number.

 SMS messages are logged in the contact’s timeline in EngageBay.
 Ensure the Aircall number you're using is SMS - Enabled.
