You can edit your name, change your password, time zone, time format, Week Start Day, Phone number, Currency, Date Format, add your signature, Enable 2 step authentication.
 
Adding an Email Signature
 
 
Email Signatures can be a smart way of marketing your company without doing much of anything. It can contain various elements like name, designation, images, links to your company website, social media profiles, and disclaimers. 
 
To add an email signature: 
  1. Click on your Account Avatar in the upper right corner. 
  2. Go to Preferences 
  3. Choose Profile Settings on the left side of the screen.
  4. Click on the Advanced Settings tab and It will display the Email Signature box. 
  5. On the plain box area, you can type the details you want to add. 
  6. It has a toolbar on the top to format your signature. You can change the font style, add bold and italics to the font, add an image to it, and more.
  7. You can add your own source code for your signature by clicking on the <> button in the toolbar. 
  8. Once done, hit Update. 
 
The next time you send an email, it will show your updated signature.
 
Smart BCC
 
You can use the Smart BCC option to get contacts added. Copy that email on the BCC field on all emails you send from the mailbox to get them added as contacts.
 
To find Smart BCC for your account, please click Account Avatar--> Preferences, click on the Advanced Settings tab and you will find the Smart BCC of your account.

Email Accounts


 

You can add your own email account to send and receive emails in EngageBay. This feature is known as Conversational inbox. It enables a 2-way sync with your email account. All emails sent from your mailbox will be visible on EngageBay and vice-versa. It is available in All-in-one Pro or Sales Pro plans only.

 

Voice Mails


Record your voicemails and use them while making calls and use them in automation voice calls. We support .mp3 and .wav formats only.

To create a new voicemail, click on the “Create New” button, enter the name for the voice mail, upload the audio file and click Save.

 

Reports


 

If enabled, it sends a Task Report daily based on the time zone and time that you have selected.
