Using EngageBay, you can enable end-users to receive the transcripts of their chat conversations at their registered email addresses once the conversation ends. A transcript is a document that contains the entire conversation between the chatbot and a user along with the date and time of the chat.

To enable sending a transcript,

i. Log in to your EngageBay account.
ii. Go to Live Chat > Settings.
iii. Under Email Defaults on the left panel, you can edit the Sender Name and Sender Email ID. The end-users will receive the transcript from the Sender Email ID.
iv. Check the box before Send Chat Transcripts to Visitors.
v. Once done, click Next.

Every time a chat is closed, the user will receive the transcript of their conversations on their registered email address with the organization.
