Conversational Inbox enables a 2 way sync with your email account. All emails sent from your mailbox will be visible on EngageBay and vice-versa. It is available in All in one Pro plan.
 
Currently, we support sync with Gmail, IMAP accounts, Office 365, Outlook, and Exchange.
 
Below are the steps to enable Conversational Inbox:
 
  • Click on your Account Avatar in the upper right corner. Go to Preferences 
  • Choose Email Accounts on the left side of the screen.
  • Click on Add Account on the top right
  • Enter the email address and proceed further
 
You can choose to sync existing conversations as contacts, sync new conversations as contacts, and sync all existing conversations.
