We understand that you may be wondering why we have applied daily email sending restrictions to your account.

We appreciate your concern, and we would like to take a moment to explain why we have implemented this policy. 

Why we apply this limit

As an email marketing service provider, we take spamming very seriously.

Moreover, internet service providers (ISPs) are becoming increasingly vigilant about detecting and preventing spam, which means that we must take steps to ensure that our clients are following best practices when sending out emails.

When you send out large volumes of emails from a new domain, it can trigger red flags with ISPs, which may result in your emails being marked as spam. This can negatively impact your domain's email deliverability, and can even result in your domain being blacklisted. It can take a considerable amount of time and effort to regain your reputation once you have been blacklisted.

That is why we have implemented a daily sending limit for new clients. By gradually increasing your daily sending limit, we are giving your domain time to warm up and establish a good reputation with ISPs. This will help ensure that your emails are delivered to your subscribers' inboxes, rather than being filtered into their spam folders.

What if you have an already established email reputation?

However, if you already have an established email service provider such as Mailgun, SendGrid, etc., we can certainly remove the daily sending limit restriction. We understand that some clients may already have established a good reputation with ISPs, and we are more than happy to work with you to determine the appropriate sending limits for your account.

Note: To have your limit increased, please utilize 85% of your existing daily limit and ensure the bounces are under control (below 2%) for us to consider increasing the limit for your account.
