To validate your lists you need to purchase validation credits from the billing section.

Procedure to Validate your lists:

1. Please go to contacts

2. Select all the contacts that you wish to validate

3. Click on Bulk Action

4. Select Validate Emails

It will take some time to validate based on the number of contacts you have selected. You will get an email once the validation is completed.
