When we try to add a Gsuite email address under Preferences-->Email account it shows the error App Blocked. To resolve this, please follow the below steps.
 
1) Please log in to your G-Suite admin console
2) Go to Security = > Access and data control = > API Control
3) Click on MANAGE THIRD-PARTY APP ACCESS
4) Click on Add app = > OAuth App Name Or Client ID
6) Select the “EngageBay Cloud” app = > Select Client ID
7) Select Radio button - Trusted: Can access all Google services
8) Click on ‘CONFIGURE
 
Once done with the above steps, please try to add the Gsutie email and you will be able to add it.
