Sorry, the EngageBay branding cannot be removed from the emails as you are using the branded emails that come as a part of your subscription.

To send unbranded emails you either need to purchase email credits which will cost you $4 per 1000 emails or integrate with third-party services like SendGrid, Mandrill, or Amazon SES and purchase third party email credits that will cost you $1 per 1000 emails.
