Steps to check for email opens / clicks/replies and perform certain actions if the emails are sent using Email Broadcast.
1. Create an Email Broadcast and keep it in the Draft mode.
2. Create a Workflow and add the action or condition nodes based on your requirements. Here is an example of a workflow that adds the scores of 10, checks if the link is clicked, and then adds the score of 5, it then checks for replies and adds a tag "Replied" if the subscriber has replied.

3. Please go to the Email Broadcast that is in the draft mode and on the send page you will find the option "Add to Workflow", please select the workflow that you have created from the drop-down and select any of the options 1. When they opened the email 2. When they received the email.
If you select the option "When they opened the email" then the contacts who opened the email are added automatically to the workflow.
If you select the option "When they received the email" then the contacts who received the email will be added automatically to the workflow.
